I've set up an 'Unpublish comment containing keyword(s)' using the Action and Trigger Modules, and this works fine as far as the content of posts or comments are concerned. It marks the post or comments as unpublished, and keeps things off the site that may be offensive until they can be checked.

However, it doesn't appear to work on the 'Title' of the post, only on the body of the post.

Am I missing something obvious? (probably!)

Is there a way of using Action and Trigger Module to 'Unpublish content with TITLE containing keyword(s)' ?

I just tested this on a d6.12 site and it works when the keyword is in the title-- make sure the case matches, keywords are case sensitive.

I've got all words in three times now, lower and higher, in the following forms "Book, book, BOOK" assuming I ever wanted to ban books.

That's done the trick.

Happy to help. The bad part is people can still get around it with bOok, or BOok, or booK, etc. There's almost endless combinations. This should probably be a case insensitive function.
