Charts integration

I agree with Bruno, that the views chart style should be in the charts module, as it knows the specific settings for every chart provider. There are already some new changes in the Charts module to use the same settings and same data format for the views style options and the Default Settings page..

I would like to see this code duplication fixed, as it is quite confusing..
Maybe there is already a consensus, I just wanted to create an issue to be sure that the problem will be solved..
