Configuration guidance should be updated for better comprehension. Newcomer don't understand thoroughly the drupal permissions system, and they don't have the habit to check the site status report page. So I suggest we update the document as follow:
- how to enable gravatar for anonymous user
- how to enable gravatar for register user

Understanding the permissions system is kind of a requirement for you to properly use Drupal. I think the documentation we have in README.txt and the requirement checks run in gravatar_install are better than most modules. No one else has really had this problem so I'm marking this issue as fixed.
