Clearer labelling of 'Picture maximum dimensions' in profile

Issue Summary

I just spent a while wondering why my profile picture upload was causing a string of errors.
It turns out that the picture maximum dimensions field was wrongly formatted.

Where it now says
Maximum dimensions for pictures, in pixels.

It would be worth an extended description like:
Maximum pixel dimensions for pictures (width x height)
