How to make nodes link to forums & blogs

Hi,
How do I link a node (or content I create) to the forum or blog modules I have installed?
Basically, I have the forum & blog modules installed. I have created 2 content pages called News & Updates (for the blog) and Forum. I want them to link to the blog and forum.
How can I do this? please advise.

You want your users to discuss your news and updates?
Try the Discuss This mod. It will link your nodes to forums for discussion, and make the forum for it, rather than using standard comments.
