Does Ajax Load require public downloads?

I am unable to get a view to show a date popup editablefield (http://drupal.org/project/editablefields). I am hunting for a solution.

No. Ajax Load module provides an API for other modules that use AJAX and need to process js/css that may come with the ajax response that need to be included in the current page dynamically. It has nothing to do with "public downloads".

Then, I guess it should be analyzed by the maintainer of the editablefields module. Transferring the issue...

Since Ajax Load is a developer tool being used by other modules, I think their maintainers will better identify if the issue is really related to Ajax Load module. If so, then please transfer back the issue. Cheers

Per https://drupal.org/node/2148735, 6.x is longer maintained so issue is closed. If you wish to be a maintainer of the 6.x branch please create a new issue.
