phpbbPostNode issue: $5 bounty

Anyone who can help me get this issue fixed and get phpbbPostNode working gets $5 Paypal payment immediately sent to them:

Whenever I try to create a new node type of Story, or edit a node of the same type, I get the following error:

user warning: Table 'jwhitakr.phpbb_posts' doesn't exist query: SELECT `topic_id` FROM `phpbb_posts` WHERE post_id =0 in /home/content/j/w/h/jwhitakr/html/includes/database.mysql.inc on line 172.

I have followed all of the instructions in the Readme file. I have checked the database, and phpbb_posts table DOES exist. Any one have any ideas?
