Make the following enhancements:

  • Implement the depth parameter that was in 5.x branch.
  • Remove '/' before '!feed' in TAXONOMY_FILTER_INPUT = 'taxonomy/term/%tids/%depth!feed'

The latter also needs to be back ported to 5.x.
