since the update the rotate.php won't load in Safari Version 4 Public Beta (5528.17) (released in may 09) on mac.
In firefox 3.0.5 it works fine.
I guess it's a mac safari issue only.

Since the safari aswel this theme where updated in the same couple of days, i don't know the rotator loads in the first beta.

so does this also happen in the first beta on mac?
does it happen in safari on windows ?

This issue is being closed because it is against a branch for a version of Drupal that is no longer supported.
If you feel that this issue is still valid, feel free to re-open and update it (and any possible patch) to work with the 7.x-4.x branch.
