How to hide block?

I don't have the blocks plugin enabled, but I'm getting a dynamic block anyway entitled "My relationship is:", with a dropdown combobox below it. It appears to do nothing when I change any of the list items, and I'd like to disable the block altogether. It's showing up nowhere in the list of blocks either. How can I disable the block?

If UR-Blocks module is not enabled, then it is likely not a UR-provided block. Probably something custom. I would go over the blocks that are enabled with a fine comb and re-check. Also pls post a screenshot but it doesn't sound like any standard block of UR.

Thanks, it turned out to be that I had the Invite-Relationships module enabled, and it was attaching itself to the Invite block. Which it turns out is what was intended, but in my haste of enabling things and not fully checking out what they did, didn't realize it. =)
