The version of Panels and CTools is uptodate -dev.

i think that this shouldn't appear anyway, there will be definitve some drupal sites without mini panels.

The question is what should happen if there is nothing returned from _exportables

  1. Display the title without any items
  2. Display nothing of this type of exportables(second patch and second screenshot)

Err. This is totlaly my fault. I have not updated the bulk export for 3.0 yet (I keep forgetting about it), so it needs quite a lot of work still.
