My account > Community > Followers link does not show a follower if the user did not start following this fan also.
But block Followers shows this user.

Possible solutions:

Go to: admin/build/views/edit/fl_manage and click on the Followers tab.

a) Change the first FILTER "Statuses: Status" as follows:
-remove OW_2_TO_1 and
-add OW_1_TO_2

or

b) remove the "Statuses: Status" Filter

I think solution a) works because the argument is the REQUESTEE: (Requestee) User: Uid. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I tried both solutions and they seem to work.

PS: you may also want to edit the "Following" view (above "Followers"). It currently has no title.
