Searching attached file contents using apache solr

Hi,
i want to search the contents in attached files using apche solr search integration.. i cant able to get apache solr search attachment right now.. is there any way/patch to serach using apache solr search integration.. or when the apache solr search attachment module will be ready..(urgent)

The best way would be with the apachesolr module for that purpose. Anything else is likely to take more time and effort. Besides, why start something new when there's already been effort in that area? As to the status of that module, you're better off posting in the module's issue queue.

Thanks for the reply Fallz.. Actually the problem was i need to finish that story within this week.. i tried the dev module of apache solr attchment.. but it didnt search the contents in the attached files.. any advice regarding this would be very much helpful for me..

The only advice I have would be to try and get the module working-- the best way to do that would be to search and/or post in the module's issue queue.
