Robots META tag per Node/Taxonomy

The robots tags such as:would be useful tag on individual nodes or taxonomy ie. what the Home Page uses.. http://drupal.org/node/39601

This definitely would be useful to me on aggregatior 2 feed items that just point to the homepage instead of the actually article. This also may be useful on a blog page so that comment spam is useless for pagerank (ie. nofollow) and this would be better (in my opinion) then modifying the theme.
