Umm! I have just discovered it right now!
It seems that #292565: Regression: Can't set /user to 403 page (was: login destination is broken) in Drupal 6.12 "sanitized" the $_REQUEST['redirect'] in common.inc
Here is the patch, I have tested it and it is working with the search404 solr patch as well, but there shouldn't be any change with the standard version.
Please test it.
But it would be nice have a new dev version with this patch and the solr_patch as well together, ;-)
