Update an existing book returns warning

Issue Summary

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in d:\drupalroot\drupal470\modules\bookimport\save_node.php on line 186.

... and nothing is updated.

Fixed this and tested it, seems to work for me both inserting and updating.
