I want to setup a site with a few basic categories. Men, women, dogs, etc. Then there will be some other subcategories including home, fashion, toys etc.

So there could be posts on men>fashion, or men>toys or there could be posts on women>fashion, or women>toys.

How would I setup this taxology?
