Issue Summary

When the option
[ ] Case sensitive validation
is turned off (to set case-insensitive validation), the message "... and pay attention to upper/lower case" still appears on CAPTCHA protected forms.

Please provide enough information in a bug report,
I had to try out your website to learn that is a problem with the CSS CAPTCHA from CAPTCHA pack
I first thought you meant the image CAPTCHA.

but indeed: CSS CAPTCHA still prints "pay attention to upper/lower case" when validation is set to case insensitive.
fix should be fairly easy, but I don't have time for that for the moment.

Now where a new beta have been released, I wanted to re-bring this issue to your attention (after almost 4 months). Are you planning to fix this in the next beta/rc?
