Anyone successfully install Fusion Charts Module

libmansworld - May 19, 2009 - 21:13

Hi folks,

I'm a math teacher and I just installed the fusion charts module http://drupal.org/project/fusioncharts at my school website at http://deeringmath.com/drupal-6.12/node/add/fusioncharts

First I am very new to Drupal. I have successfully installed the module but I cannot get the color wheel going like the one that Aaron has at http://sandbox.webtolife.org/node/add/fusioncharts under the background properties.

I was hoping that someone could give me some advice.

All the best,
greg

Hi,

Hope this link helps:

http://drupal.org/node/433600

Didn't hep but thanks

Thansk so much for replying but it didn't really help. I attempted to contact the developer who seems to have gotten this running at

http://sandbox.webtolife.org/node/add/fusioncharts and choosing the option fusion charts

But I think Aaron is probably really busy and doen't have the time to give help on this. Really wish I could get this going so I could put it up for my students. I may have to take down what I have going up to this point.

Also would love to get the full developers version of Fusion Chart going. I actually offered to buy Aaron this version if he would atttempt to get the full version going as well. But I'm sure this is hard work..

All the best,
G.L.

are u saying .. when u was in the "Create Fusion Chart" step? OR in other steps?

when I did the module installation, I came across some "installation errors". Have u already fixed all those installation issues?

Thanks so much for responding.

I see a field that allows me to enter in a hex code like #f3f3f3 but no color wheel.

Sorry but I really am not very competent at dealing with the php code that might make the color wheel work.

I guess I will have to try to find someone to fix this for a fee though as a teacher I am not able to pay too much to get this going. I'm assuming a master at php probably can fix this within an hour though i could be wrong.

You can see the chart here: http://deeringmath.com/drupal-6.12/node/add/fusioncharts

I'm wondering if there is a way to stop showing what the last person did. I see a chart that I mucked around with. I would prefer none of that showing.

Anyone willing to get this going for me for a fee? And then sending me the changes they made from the original?

Thanks,
G.L.
