I'm trying to create an rss module and starting with the aggregation module as a template. I changed all the names and variables and got everything to work okay, except when I try to remove items from the feed.

It says the news items have been removed, but they are still there. Any idea why?

The post wasn't showing because the user pasted an mutiple files worth of code in the post. I tried to fix it using code tags but the post still would not show. The code has been removed.

Using pastebin.com or drupalbin.com as a place to paste code and linking to that code here is a far better idea than placeing entire files worth of code in a thread.
