Apply the same same used to capture duration for a show to capture and store the original file codec.

Since the majority of new implementations are using external encoders that log the original codec information themselves, this is not going to get added to om_show any time soon. If it were to be added, the om_show_original_codec field would get added to the om_show content type when the om_show_filefield submodule is enabled.
