This may be a bit novice of me, but it took me a minute to figure out how to turn this on after I installed it. It may be worth adding a few lines about this to the module's home page. Anyhow, install the module as usual, then go to modules and enable it, finally, go to site configuration -> input formats and for each input format you want to affect (ie: filtered html) choose "configure" and then check the "eMail obfuscator" box
