how can i install drupal integrated with all modules? please help mee!..???

Unzip the module open the README.txt follow the instructions ie.copy the folder into /modules.

Make sure you have access rights to the module after you've installed it.

Sometimes that's not mentioned in the module install instructions. So after installing the module, go to Admin/access control and check the appropriate permission boxes.

The other posters already explained how to install a single module. Following the included INSTALL.txt and README.txt are required for success. Some modules don't have these installation files. In that case, open the file [name].module and take a look at its beginning. Make sure not to change anything in the file though!

Now to your question: If you want Drupal and all modules in one installation; you can't, although the CivicSpace distribution goes a long way :-)

Read the module descriptions on the download page to decide which modules are interesting for you.
