This is great template but one more thing will be great. More seo friendly - columns should be after content. Google likes when content is first and then the rest (sitebars etc). Is it possible in new version ? :)
thank You for the best template.

jwolf commentedWe're working on a new structure for fluid widths and this source order thing will probably happen anyway.
A concern I have with this source order for SEO stuff is accessibility. It would be a real shame to sacrifice accessibility for minute (see: minutia) SEO improvements. ;)

stephthegeek commentedWe have decided not to implement this. Experts repeatedly indicate that this likely does not add value to SEO (spiders are smart, you should be using meta descriptions anyway, and even with a content column first, you still likely have a bunch of code/text before your main content), and a skip link is the appropriate way of handling it for screen readers. There is a lot of confusion with layout methods that use negative margins and other complex techniques to get content-first ordering, and they make debugging more challenging. We do not feel that it is worth the extra complexity for end users who want to be able to easily modify themes.
