I really like the way this handles Flags!

Not quite sure what's going on here - but the flags box is not appearing on either Firefox or Explorer... but it is showing on my cellphone browser... strange.

I was thinking it was just the way my theme was handling the flags, but now that it's on my phone's browser i'm not so sure anymore...
