My site is: http://storybus.net Please look and help, I can't do mainpage like that http://www.short-stories.co.uk/ . What can i do this? I tried panel page, I tried multi-section themes. But I cant. My main page like blog page. But i dont want this..

This should be doable with panels, but perhaps try the http://drupal.org/project/composite module?
