How to make the book navigation menu work with booktree.

Issue Summary

Thanks for the booktree module. How can I make the "UP" link in the book navigation menu go to booktree instead of the top level book page? Is there a way to change the URL of a book page (node/477 for example) to a booktree URL (booktree/477)? (URL alais does not work.)
