Description

Is there any way to get this menu item for taxonomy managers on any nodes where taxonomy appears? That we we could edit right there from the node?

Hugely unlikely.
On a node with a half-dozen tags this would destroy the UI.
I really don't see enough win in doing this. The term edit page is 2 clicks away. click the term, click the edit tab. No big problem.

What kind of site or workflow are you running where this would be a common issue?

I have a node type of "company" which has a taxonomy term of the company name and another of it's ticker symbol. I do not have any need to ever link to a taxonomy/term/ page on my site since the data structure is organized via custom reports and links.

In short my site doesn't employ any links to taxonomy/term/ and therefore I can't use this module as it currently exists. perhaps I could create an admin block that in the "company" node would display the terms to me, and from there I could click on them and edit, but i thought one admin menu at the top would be the most elegant.

What do you think?
