Titles in the admin section should be more descriptive for purchased certificates

Currently when a GC is purchased the title is just set to the title of the node. It would be helpful to append the name of the purchaser so that admins can easily find certificates and change/update them as needed. So, a purchased GC would be generated with a title of something like: $50 Gift Certificate from Some Person.
