The Lightbox2 animated viewer appears on the following page :

admin/settings/xmlsitemap/tools

It is a bit surprizing, but it can be easily closed and remains a very little issue.

What are your lightbox2 page specific settings on admin/settings/lightbox2?

When you say it doesn't appear - does the js / css files appear in the page's headers? Or is it just failing to open an image? If the latter, can you send me the html you're using for the link (if manually created), if an automatic handler (imagefield, image module, etc), then can you send me your lightbox2 settings?
