Explore: The media resource browser should be moved to its own fieldset if possible to remove any confusion with file attachments.

Pondering: Completely override functionality so that everything is tracked by Media (i.e. remove contents of Attachments fieldset and replace with resource browser)?.

Yes, I think that's ultimately what we would like to do. It's too confusing to the end user otherwise.

Maybe we should wait until we're actually attaching file resources before we remove that form, however, so the field is still usable. Not that anyone should be using this on a production site yet...
