Theme help for production site

I have a campaign site, updated to Drupal 6.12, using Clean Theme with some colour modifications, and require help with theming the forum (very simple forum) and node as block modules (need to place a webform in a sidebar block on a specific taxonomy page). I think it's mainly themeing, but if a quicker, cleaner solution can be suggested for these issues, I'm happy to entertain suggestions.

This all needs to be done last week, of course, so if anyone is interested, contact me and I can forward more details. You'll have ftp and admin access to a development version of the site, so I can migrate your changes to production. Please also tell me expected rate of pay.
