Since the modules page already takes a long time to load when you have a lot of modules enabled, I'm thinking it might be helpful if you could make it so ModuleInfo showed on a separate page rather than the modules page. I know that would be less usable, but it would preserve the advantage of having a central place that gives information on how to administer modules, while keeping the modules page from slowing down even further.

I've added a settings page where you can turn off moduleinfo for the main modules page, in favor of the sub-page admin/build/modules/info.
