Brilliant gallery and FCKeditor

For my image galleries I use Brilliant gallery and the FCKeditor and select Full HTML.
This is working great. All my galleries look perfect.

The trouble begins when I want to edit a page with a gallery. The Brilliant Gallery syntax ( [bg|path] ) is replaced by html. All images are placed in a Only local images are allowed. tag.

Is this caused by FCK or is it because I use the Full HTML as Input Format?

Check this point in your input filter :

Set input filter default as HTML so you dont need to select Full HTML everytime.
Configure Full HTML , From "Filter" fieldset check mart the HTML filter.
