Cannot confirm changes

To whom it may concern,

I love the potential of this module. However, I cannot seem to save the placement of my images.

When I click on "Place Image", I can move the images where I want them, but I don't see any mechanism for saving the changes. I've tried clicking on view, edit, place images, but nothing works.

I also get a js error. Here is what Firebug reports:
