typo in location_settings()

minor typoe in location_settings(), for the "Toggle location display" description:

"Enable the display of locations locations."

should be:

"Enable the display of locations."

trivial patch included.

(by the way, the HEAD version has a similar typo, but i didn't want to make a whole separate bug report with a different version and different patch... just search in location.module for "locations locations")
