I have created a webform that has several select input components containing numbers. The next step is to calculate values from several of these components and display it at the bottom of the form. How do i do these?

Thanks in advance for the kind souls.

i like drupal but its all one big messy thing.

i hate to say it but why cant anything in drupal (drupal itself, website, search, etc) be as organized and user-centric as wordpress, or even expression engine.

drupal is powerful but some parts of the drupal experience are so off putting that it brings the whole experience down.

Hi. After 5 years of using Drupal I have found that if you don't get a reply to an answer that seems so possible in Drupal it's one of two things. a)It's already been asked a million times or b) Despite it's functionality, you have a problem that is actually not easy to accomplish. It your situation, it is the former. Check out..

In my experience the forum's search function doesn't work very well, so if an item has been discussed previously the thread is submerged in pages and pages of largely irrelevant articles with only the occasional oblique reference to the search term.

I have posted some 15 queries on here in the last 4 weeks, all but two of them receiving zero response, and those that were answered were only partly addressed.

Prior to posting I have searched extensively, both here and on google and it really is very frustrating.

Sorry.

I felt I had to mention that. I know that the people that post here are putting their time into it and doing so for free, and I'm sorry if I sound critical.

Oh I agree. Why is that modules are the hardest to find. Looking for views or workflow?? Do a search for Views.. or better yet views module. Why is that the views module doesn't come up first? More often than not, I click on the first search result, then find the link from within a non-related post!

the link talks about views or cck.

i am using webform module, it seems it cant be done there. might as well as cck then...

Hi ericzoo

Did you find the solution?

I am also looking for the same kind of functionality to display the value of the select fields in the chart/graph at the bootom of the webform-node.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Thanks
