Hi all,

I need to find a themer to integrate the template: http://plml.org/drupal_theme/ into the site: http://www.plml.org . Full XHTML/Css and PSDs are included. When a Drupal style is NOT included, we should default back to the Nitobe CSS style (if necessary), our current theme. Nitobe can be found here: http://drupal.org/project/nitobe .

Notes:
(1) Please note the jQuery menu; we would like to reduce cost (we're a nonprofit startup, low/no budget). If the jQuery menu is not doable without significant work, please let me know.
(2) We will assist in transitioning the content from main menu nav items to sub-menu nav items; please let me know if additional modules will be necessary for this (or not).
(3) To the extent that we can, we would like help minifying all of the current styles & Javascript; the page load size is quite large at the moment (smaller is definitely better).
