Menu breadcrumb replaces title on User page with image tag from Administration menu

Problem occurs when using both Admin menu and Menu breadcrumb modules under following condition:
The page title for "User" is replaced with the number online and image tag ("n/m img - src=user icon") when "Use menu the page belongs to for the breadcrumb" option in the Menu breadcrumb is selected. The code displayed as the title is the same as the user icon on the Admin menu. Breadcrumbs and titles work OK on all other pages. If this option is not selected, then User title works OK, but can't see breadcrumbs for primary pages.

If Menu breadcrumbs is enabled and Admin menu disabled, everything works fine, but of course no Admin menu.

If Admin menu is enabled and Menu breadcrumbs disabled, everything works fine, but of course no Primary page breadcrumbs.

The attached image shows the user icon at the top-right of the page and the resulting code that shows as the page title. Problem is independent of theme selection.
