When multi-language is enabled (i18n module) on a site the active primary link doesn't appears as 'active'.
Please see the difference between my sites http://teste.para.ro (here primary links works fine) and http://para.ro (i18n enabled).

It is not a bug: I used {lang}/taxonomy/term/{number} as primary links but removing {lang}/ fixed my problem.

I was out for a while and just came back to my home and saw your issue. Anyway it has been fixed. Thank You. I am closing this issue.
