One tab per content type

Issue Summary

I don't like the way the nodereferrer create tab, when clicked, shows ugly grey JS menus. I want nodereferrer create to make several tabs, one for 'create new page', and another for 'create new book page'.

Does anyone have any idea how I'd go about doing this, please? I'd also like to disable the option to attach existing content, so the tabs just redirect immediately to the node create page.
