As soon as I activate the UR-API, my theme crashes in IE (all versions). It looks like the columns are stripped away and so the content just stacks with header blocks aligned vertically, and then the main content box (panels hold positioning), followed by the left sidebar and the right sidebar. The footer comes in at the bottom.
