check box in the Import HTML Site to allow for a REPLACE or SKIP

One thing that would be REAL USEFULL is to have the ability to have a check box in the Import HTML Site to allow for a REPLACE or SKIP documents that have already been processed. This would probably help speed up processing of directories that have some of the documents imported, but some not due to the title issue. It's been real difficult determining what has been imported and what hasn't.
