Hi Am building a radio station site and I wish to test this module. However I cannot find the correct required modules as follows:

You'll need CCK, Date, Link, and Views 2. Each of the dependencies listed are parts of these modules. You'll also need Audio the Audio module.

Yeah, as thumb pointed out they're included in CCK.

Just updated the project page to add a list of requirements.

Managed to install and configuring.

One thing I guess I need to configure cron jobs for the on air block to update right ? is there documentation on how to correctly set this up?

your host would also have more relevant documenation that would be more specific as setting up a cron job is dependant on how your host allows them to be set up.
