Thanks very much this is a great module.
I have not tried other project modules such as Storm or the Project suite so have no comparisons to offer.
This thought might be a feature request.
When first installing the module and adding a client it is useful to have different desks and the roles defined in the Drupal site could provide a checkbox list of possible desks. e.g. Authenticated role = Support desk, Admin = Admin desk, Editor = Editor desk, Developer = Developer desk, etc. It would still be important to be able to add new desks for combined roles, e.g. Manager desk.
This can be achieved currently by adding each desk as a client.
In essence the client becomes a parent with child desks.
And the client can be a project, so you can have job tickets related to a specific project or client, stacked on desks by role, assigned to individuals. And this could be reflected in the menu along with my tickets that would span various projects, the different projects/clients available to me with sub menus of desks available.
Again, thanks a lot for this useful module.

izmeez commentedActually, the client/project would become a container for the desks not a parent.
