NOINDEX format: Valid is not XHTML valid!

Can you explain what you meains?

When I ticked choice "Wrap links with tag NOINDEX" in "Indexing control method" and as "NOINDEX format" I chose "Valid", my pages aren't xhtml valid. I test it with http://validator.w3.org/

I use XHTML 1.0 Strict DOCTYPE.
