Hi,
I tested this awsome module on my localhost.
Was working great sending mails to admin@localhost
After upload to server and change e-mail to normal email address - unable to send..
Any ideas ?

Is Drupal able to send emails normally? I have seen a few problems with incorrect addresses producing an error. Is there anything show in the watchdog log? I generally log stuff in the log when there is an issue.

Yeah, Subscribtions send emails normally.

I'm having the same issue when I leave the custom e-mail address field empty (so it would use the default e-mail address of the site). When I fill out the address, it works.

So the description "If you leave this blank, the site email address, [default e-mail address], will be used" is a bit misleading in my case.
