Issue Summary

Here's what Drupal's current "new topic" form looks like:

Drupal New Topic

And "reply":

Drupal reply

We want these to look an awful lot more like:

phpBB New Topic

and:

phpBB Reply

Another for reference, this is vBulletin. I think he's using it pretty much out of the box. Other than the easier poll adding, I think the PHPBB form looks nicer.

Also created #475466: Breadcrumbs on node/add/x should show the category.
