I get a bazillion of these on a node form with the smileys block enabled:
notice: Undefined variable: first_package in /Users/webchick/Sites/drubb/sites/all/modules/smileys/smileys.module on line 169.I also get this on admin/settings/smileys:
notice: Undefined variable: acronyms in /Users/webchick/Sites/drubb/sites/all/modules/smileys/smileys.module on line 494.And this on admin/settings/smileys/add:
notice: Undefined variable: edit in /Users/webchick/Sites/drubb/sites/all/modules/smileys/smileys.module on line 668.Probably the easiest thing to do is a checkout of -r DRUPAL-6 drupal core and run this module on it so you can see these as well.
