There is a destination in nodecomment_link with a TODO that says something about fixing after the separate page business is fixed. That seems to actually be more or less working so we need to fix that destination. Should be simple.

This patch corrects this problem. Previously we were directing to a non-existent form after asking users to "Login or register to post comments" if the form was set to display on a separate page. This patch has been committed to the 2.x branch.
